This plan is specifically designed to help novice runners with their first steps into the world of running. You will learn to understand the basic training principles and build up a sustainable training rhythm.

Berlin Plan

You have some running experience, but you are stuck or looking for the next level? The Berlin Plan helps you to level-up with personalized training schedules, tailored to your specific needs and wants. You have the opportunity to talk things through with an Olympic marathon runner.

Paris Plan

You want to learn how to train like the elite? This is your plan.

You will be in close contact with an Olympic marathon runner, who will assist you with every aspect of performance, including training, nutrition, tapering, mental strategies, etc.

Why Sevilla, Berlin or Paris?

The training plans are named after the three cities where I ran a marathon, before being forced to end my marathon career.

I ran my debut marathon in Sevilla, as well as my third one. The city will always have a special place in my heart, as I discovered my love for the distance in the Andalusian ciudad.

 

In Berlin, I qualified for the Olympic Games. I finished in 2 hours, 8 minutes and 9 seconds, exactly one second under the Olympic qualifying mark. It was also the last marathon my Dad got to be there in person.

 

Paris sera toujours Paris.” Finishing the Olympic Marathon will always be my fondest running memory. I ran the perfect marathon, finishing 22nd at the biggest race in the world.
