Not at all! The free coaching call is exploratory and no commitment is necessary. It’s all about chatting about your goals, and to explore if coaching is right for you.

Yes! When for any reason at all, the coaching is not what you expected, or goals have changed, you can cancel the coaching without any strings attached. The month in which you have cancelled, is the last month you pay.

I work with TrainingPeaks, one of the leading endurance coaching platforms in the world. Its intuitive UI and extensive data analysis makes it the perfect platform to track your progress. I create an account for you for free, and it easily connects to your sports watch without having to insert your work-outs manually.

Yes, no problem. If you feel that a different plan fits your running goals better, you can easily ask me to change your plan for the following month.

A big, fat YES! Your training schedule is created by me, an Olympic marathon runner, after analyzing your training history and taking your daily life into account. There is no AI used, no virtual assistant and no plan is the same.

Why Sevilla, Berlin or Paris?

The coaching plans are named after the three cities where I ran a marathon, before being forced to end my career in elite running at age 29.

Sevilla Plan

I ran my debut marathon in Sevilla, as well as my third one. The city will always have a special place in my heart, as I discovered my love for the distance in the Andalusian ciudad.

Berlin Plan

In Berlin, I qualified for the Olympic Games. I finished in 2 hours, 8 minutes and 9 seconds, exactly one second under the Olympic qualifying mark. It will forever be my personal best.

Paris Plan

"Paris sera toujours Paris." Finishing the Olympic Marathon will always be my fondest running memory. I ran the perfect marathon, finishing 22nd at the biggest race in the world. Sadly, it was the last marathon I'll ever run.
